How long does shipping take?

Shipping lead times vary depending on your location. Once we receive your order, it will be sent to production and printed specifically for you. Please note that current production times are 7-10 business days, after which time your order will be sent direct to you from Vancouver, BC Canada.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you tracking information as soon as the print(s) are shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees will be estimated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, however please note that shipping times for international orders may take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on your location. Priority shipping options may be available, please email us at support@parkerartprints.com for further information.

Is it possible to get priority shipping?

Yes, please email us at support@parkerartprints.com before checking out to inquire about Expedited or Xpresspost shipping options and fees.

Will there be any duties or custom charges?

There may be additional duties and customs charges on international orders. All charges are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

How are prints packaged?

Depending on the size of print(s) ordered, they are shipped flat in cardboard or rolled in a kraft mailing tube. All prints are packed with glassine to protect the front surface from handling. Be sure to handle them with care, if you remove them from the packaging before taking them to your framer.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please use your smart phone and immediately send a photo to support@parkerartprints.com.

We will replace any prints that arrive damaged due to shipping. You will be contacted with further instructions as soon as your case has been evaluated.
